Register in 3 steps:

Step 1: Fill out the applicable registration form below.

Step 2: Fill out and turn in the permission and medical release form.  

This form is for youth and adult campers.  Click on the link to open the LDS Permission Form. 

Print and turn in to a Camp Director or your YW President.

Step 3: Submit payment to your ward.  

The cost of camp is $250 per girl.  Check with your Young Woman President as some wards may have fundraisers to cover part or all of the cost of camp.  Checks should be made payable to your ward and reference Young Woman Camp.
